SHIPPING:

We ship via USPS first class mail within the United States. Please allow 1-5 business days for processing & packing your order + 2-5 days for shipping. 📦 

RETURNS:

Please email us from the contact page if you’d like to start a return. Products must be in original condition. Return requests won’t be accepted after 14 days. 

WASHING:

Hand wash bows & socks & lay flat to dry. 
Clothes - check tag. 🏷️
